TN VAT - supply to govt dept GO -reg

Dear All,

For supplying to Tamill nadu govt dept (MTC) we chrd 5% VAT . Our sales tax cricle asking letter from customer (MTC) for this.

under which G.O this is coming? this GO no we have to mention in letter for VAt 5% supply?
