Our com. is making deemed export aginst EPCG license limit. Now, Our EPCG license limit going to fullfill, then what is the procedure after fullfill of EPCG license limit, and can we deemed export after completion of license limit???? pls write me for the procedure...

dear Jatin,

first of all you have to take EODC from DGFT, send this certificate to your to CHA for release of bond and bank gurantee.

why not, surely you can export after completion of obligation.The only difference is that previously your merchant/manufacturer exporter mention your company name as "Supporting Manufacturer" in shipping by fulfilling this obligation now onwards they will not mention.
