dear sir

we produce plastic bag or pouch and plastic film under chapter heading 39.

now we are paid service tax on inward and outward transportation through monthly basis by every month before 5th.

but my query is if we are paid above service tax on quarterly basis so only service tax paid or with interest paid.

please advise
