of <h1>Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and Central Declaration Forms Deadline for FY 2009-10 to December 31, 2010.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting DVAT-51 and furnishing Central Declaration Forms for the first, second, and third quarters of the fiscal year 2009-10 until December 31, 2010. This extension applies to the reconciliation return in Form DVAT 51 and the original portions of Declaration Forms 'C', 'E-I', 'E-II', 'F', 'I', 'J', and 'H' as per the relevant rules under the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax Rules. The extension is granted by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax.
