of <h1>DGFT Amends Handbook: SHIS Scheme Update - Declaration No. 5 Not Needed Pre-Export Proceeds Realization.</h1> Public Notice No. 85/2009-14, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade on July 23, 2010, amends the Handbook of Procedures (vol.1) 2009-2014 concerning the SHIS Scheme. It adds a note to ANF3E, stating that Declaration No. 5 is not applicable if the application is filed before the realization of export proceeds. However, the monitoring of export proceeds realization will be conducted as per Paras 3.11.12 and 3.11.13 of the Handbook. This amendment is made under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 and is issued in the public interest.
