Status Certificate and Duty Credit Scrip regime: procedures for grant, use, compliance and recovery mechanisms. The chapter prescribes procedures for grant, renewal, suspension and appeal of Status Certificate, maintenance of export/import accounts and a six month grace for pending renewals.
