of <h1>Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and Declaration Forms Deadline for Q4 2009-10; New Dates: March 31 & August 31, 2010.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting DVAT-51 and Central Declaration Forms for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2009-10. The extension applies to the reconciliation return in Form DVAT-51, now due by March 31, 2010, and the original portions of Declaration Forms 'C', 'E-I', 'E-II', 'F', 'I', 'J', and 'H', now due by August 31, 2010. This order was issued by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax under the relevant rules and regulations governing Delhi Value Added Tax and Central Sales Tax.
