of <h1>Foreign Trade Handbook Para 5.1A Amended: 'Imports under' Removed for Clarity in Procedures Vol.I, 2009-2014.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Para 5.1A of the Handbook of Procedures Vol.I, 2009-2014, by deleting the words 'Imports under' from the first line of sub-para 4. This amendment is made under the authority granted by Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1). The change is issued in the public interest and is documented in Public Notice No. 73/2009-2014, dated June 8, 2010.
