of <h1>DGFT Implements Online Transmission for DES, EPCG, DEPB at Nine New ICES 1.5 Locations Starting May 17, 2010.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has announced that starting May 17, 2010, the online transmission of DES (Advance Authorization), EPCG, and DEPB authorizations will be implemented at nine new ICES 1.5 locations. These locations include ICD Moradabad, ICD Rewari, ICD Ghari Harsaru, ICD Patli, ICD Chinchwad, ICD Talegaon, ICD Dighi, ICD Thar Dry Port, and ICD Jaipur. For all DEPB Shipping Bills issued from these ports from the specified date, applications must be submitted in EDI mode. This initiative aims to streamline customs processing at these newly added ports.
