of <h1>Instruction No. 45 Withdrawn Due to SEZ Act 2005 Sections 20, 21, 22; Confirmed by Instruction No. 56.</h1> Instruction No. 45, issued on 30th November 2009, has been withdrawn effective from 13th January 2010. This withdrawal follows the operationalization of Sections 20, 21, and 22 of the Special Economic Zones (SEZ) Act, 2005, as per the notification dated 13th January 2010. Instruction No. 56, dated 7th May 2010, confirms this withdrawal.
