of <h1>Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and Central Declaration Forms Deadline to December 31, 2009, for FY 2008-09 Compliance.</h1> The Department of Trade and Taxes, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, has extended the deadline for submitting DVAT-51 reconciliation returns and Central Declaration Forms for the first to fourth quarters of the fiscal year 2008-09. The new deadline is set for December 31, 2009. This extension applies to various rules under the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005, as well as the Central Sales Tax (Registration and Turnover) Rules, 1957. The order aims to facilitate compliance by providing additional time for submission.
