of <h1>CFS custodianship and customs-area status terminated: De-appointment u/s45 and de-notification u/s8 effective 07-01-2026</h1> De-appointment: The CFS formerly known as M/s LCL Logistix/CEVA Logistics, now M/s CC Logix Parks India Private Limited, is de-appointed as 'Custodian' and as 'Customs Cargo Service Provider' under Section 45 of the Customs Act and HCCAR, with the operative effect that its custodianship and CCSP authorisations are terminated effective 07-01-2026. De-notification: The specified CFS premises are de-notified as a 'Customs Area' under Section 8 of the Customs Act, with the operative effect that the site ceases to be a designated customs area and associated customs controls, privileges and statutory status are withdrawn effective 07-01-2026.
