of <h1>India-Arab chamber authorised to issue non-preferential Certificates of Origin under FTP 2023 para 2.04, added to Appendix 2E.</h1> DGFT authorises India & Arab Countries Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) under paragraph 2.04 of FTP 2023 and enlists it in Appendix 2E by adding it at Serial No. 20 (Delhi). This enables exporters to obtain Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin from the enlisted agency with immediate effect for use in non-preferential origin certification requirements.
