of <h1>Competitive e-auction tender for FY2025-26 India-UAE CEPA gold import TRQ (7108): 30 MT cap, MSE-only limits, penalties.</h1> DGFT prescribes the first-round competitive bidding/tender procedure for allocation of the FY 2025-26 tariff rate quota (TRQ) for import of gold under tariff head 7108 under the India-UAE CEPA, to be conducted through e-auction on the designated portal with technical and financial bids. For this round, total allocation is capped at 30 MT, with EFC empowered to extend quantity by up to 50% (additional 15 MT) if cumulative bids exceed the notified quantity, and participation is restricted to Micro and Small Enterprises meeting the notified eligibility conditions, with maximum allocation limits of 10 kg (micro) and 25 kg (small). It mandates single-user participation per IEC with specified authorization documentation, and provides for bid cancellation, forfeiture, disqualification, and penal action for misrepresentation or non-compliance.
