of <h1>Public Notice 33/2025-2026 adds Ahmedabad Airport for gems and jewellery carriage under paragraphs 4.87(a) and 4.88</h1> Public Notice No. 33/2025-2026 amends paragraphs 4.87(a) and 4.88 of the 2023 Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023. The amendment adds Ahmedabad Airport to the list of authorized airports for personal carriage of gems and jewellery export parcels by foreign-bound passengers from EOU/SEZ units and DTA firms, and for import parcels carried by Indian importers or foreign nationals. Existing customs procedures, examination and release requirements, and realization of export proceeds through normal banking channels remain unchanged.
