of <h1>Government extends fee waiver for DIR-3-KYC and DIR-3-KYC-WEB filings until 31 October 2025 by General Circular</h1> The Ministry has extended the waiver of filing fees for submission of e-form DIR-3-KYC and web-form DIR-3-KYC-WEB until 31 October 2025, by way of General Circular continuing a prior circular dated 29 September 2025; stakeholders may file these KYC forms without payment of fees up to that date. The extension is issued with the approval of the competent authority and communicated to directors, regional offices, registrars and other stakeholders.
