of <h1>DIR-3-KYC-WEB director KYC and DIN reactivation filings must use the operative form version u/rr 11 and 12A</h1> DIR-3-KYC-WEB is prescribed as the web-based form for director KYC compliance and for intimating changes in particulars or reactivation of a Director Identification Number under rules 11 and 12A of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014. The form was introduced on 25-07-2019 and subsequently substituted on 29-08-2022, with a further substitution notified on 31-12-2025 taking effect from 31-03-2026. The prescription and subsequent substitutions require directors to use the current version of DIR-3-KYC-WEB for filing KYC-related updates and DIN reactivation, and filings must conform to the operative form in force on the relevant date.
