of <h1>Regulator extends Angel Funds PPM allocation methodology deadline to January 31, 2026; investments after that must follow disclosed methodology</h1> The securities regulator has extended the compliance deadline for existing Angel Funds to disclose a defined allocation methodology in their private placement memoranda from October 15, 2025 to January 31, 2026; any investments made by such funds after January 31, 2026 must follow the methodology disclosed in the PPM. All other requirements of the earlier circular on the revised Angel Funds framework remain unchanged, and the extension takes effect immediately under the regulator's statutory powers to protect investors and regulate the securities market.
