of <h1>Deadline Extensions for Phase II and III of Nomination Circular Under Securities Regulation Section 12</h1> The regulatory authority has extended the deadlines for implementing Phase II and Phase III of the Nomination Circular originally issued in January 2025 and amended in February 2025. Due to operational challenges faced by depositories, depository participants, and industry associations, Phase II implementation is postponed to August 8, 2025, and Phase III to December 15, 2025. All other provisions of the earlier circulars remain unchanged. The extensions aim to allow sufficient time for necessary system developments and testing, ensuring smooth compliance and investor protection under the relevant securities regulations.
