of <h1>Extension of timelines for submission of offsite inspection data: quarterly reporting window increased to 15 days and applies from April 1, 2023.</h1> Timelines for submission of offsite inspection data are extended: Portfolio managers must now submit specified quarterly data within 15 calendar days from quarter end (previously 10 days), with day-wise reporting required for Client Folio AUM and Client Holding Master. The offsite-data submission obligation is declared applicable retrospectively from April 1, 2023. The amendment to Clauses 5.4.3 and 5.4.4 takes immediate effect. The change is issued under SEBI's regulatory powers to protect investors and regulate the securities market, and applies to all portfolio managers and their clients as per the Master Circular framework.
