of <h1>Consolidation of SEBI circulars for recognised stock exchanges and clearing corporations; rescinds prior circulars with savings, effective immediately</h1> A master circular consolidates SEBI circulars/communications applicable to recognised stock exchanges and clearing corporations up to October 31, 2024, updating references to repealed statutes; operative effect: consolidated requirements and guidance are brought together for application from the circular's date of issue. The circular rescinds listed prior circulars but provides savings: actions taken, registrations/approvals, fees, suspensions/cancellations, inspections, investigations, enquiries, adjudications, show-cause notices and pending applications under rescinded circulars are deemed valid under corresponding provisions of the master circular, and existing rights, obligations, liabilities, penalties and proceedings remain unaffected. It also supersedes the earlier 2023 master circular.
