Exporters must provide detailed product specifications, raw material details, and affidavits confirming compliance with the Biological Diversity Act, 2002, and that no Indian germplasm is used. For seeds intended for sowing, additional affidavits are required to confirm compliance with specific regulations, including chemical treatment and labeling requirements. For non-sowing purposes, exporters must state that the material is solely for consumption. This notice is approved by the Competent Authority.
