These standards aim to facilitate compliance with Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Effective June 1, 2024, the top 100 listed entities must adhere to these standards, with the requirement extending to the top 250 entities by December 1, 2024. Stock exchanges are instructed to ensure compliance among listed entities.
