Exporters can apply for a one-time GAET, excluding technology and software, with specific conditions including submission of detailed item descriptions, end-user certificates, and compliance with post-reporting requirements. The authorization is valid for three years and subject to quarterly reporting. GAET is not applicable for military use or exports to countries under UN sanctions. Non-compliance may lead to suspension or revocation of authorization.
