Automatic issuance of Status Holder Certificate streamlines certification using export data, removing application requirement in most cases. System-generated electronic Status Holder Certificate will be issued based on merchandise export data in the government database without exporters needing to file an application in most cases; exporters may nevertheless file ANF IB with a CA certificate for recognition or up gradation, and jurisdiction for filing remains determined by Registered Office or Head Office location as per Appendix 1A.
