of <h1>IBBI Extends CIRP Form Submission to Insolvency Professional Entities; Fee Waiver Until Sept 30, 2023, Under Regulation 40B.</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has extended the facility for submitting Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) forms to Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs) acting as Insolvency Professionals (IPs). This update allows IPEs to submit relevant CIRP forms and information through the IBBI's electronic platform. IPEs will receive unique login credentials to authorize an IP to upload forms. Forms submitted by September 30, 2023, will not incur fees, but fees will apply thereafter as per regulation 40B. This circular is issued under the powers granted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
