of <h1>Resolution professionals must file Form CIRP 8 online by the 140th day for insolvencies starting after July 14, 2021.</h1> The circular mandates the filing of Form CIRP 8 under the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016. Resolution professionals must form an opinion on transactions under sections 43, 45, 50, and 66 by the 75th day, make determinations by the 115th day, and file applications by the 135th day from the insolvency commencement date. Form CIRP 8, detailing these activities, must be submitted by the 140th day for all corporate insolvency processes starting on or after July 14, 2021. This form is to be filed online on the IBBI website.
