of <h1>New Handbook of Procedures 2023 Issued by DGFT, Effective April 1 Under Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade, under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has issued Public Notice No. 1/2023, announcing the notification of the Handbook of Procedures, 2023. This notification is made under the provisions of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, specifically paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04. The Handbook of Procedures, 2023, is effective from April 1, 2023. The notice was issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as an ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
