of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020: EPCES Jurisdiction Updated for EOUs and SEZs; Spices Require Spices Board Registration.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 2T of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, specifically concerning the Export Promotion Council for EOU and SEZ (EPCES). The amendment updates the jurisdiction details for EPCES, stating that all products and services by Export Oriented Units (EOU), except spices, fall under its jurisdiction. For spices, registration with the Spices Board is mandatory. Additionally, all products and services by Special Economic Zones (SEZs) are included. This amendment takes immediate effect.
