of <h1>India Extends Raw Sugar Export Deadline to USA Under TRQ to December 31, 2022.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has extended the validity period for the export of raw sugar to the USA under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) for the fiscal year 2022. Initially set to expire on September 30, 2022, the deadline is now extended to December 31, 2022. This amendment modifies Public Notice No. 28/2015-20 dated October 14, 2021, and Public Notice No. 07/2015-20 dated May 6, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the previous notices remain unchanged.
