of <h1>DGFT Extends e-BRC Upload Deadline to September 30, 2022, for RoSCTL Scrips on Shipping Bills until December 2020.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has extended the deadline for uploading electronic Bank Realization Certificates (e-BRCs) for shipping bills where Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) scrips have been availed. The new deadline is 30th September 2022, applicable to shipping bills up to 31st December 2020. Failure to comply by this date will result in actions as per the Handbook of Procedures and the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992. Export Promotion Councils and textile associations are urged to disseminate this information widely among the apparel and made-ups export community.
