of <h1>Board Sets Standard Fees for Inspection and Document Copies: 12 Annas per Hour, Urgent Requests Cost Double.</h1> The circular issued on June 28, 1965, by the Board addresses the non-uniform fees charged for inspecting assessment records and obtaining document copies. To standardize these fees, the Board has set specific rates: 12 annas for the first hour of inspection and 8 annas for each additional hour. Certified copies cost 12 annas for the first 200 words and 6 annas for each additional 100 words. If a free copy is initially entitled, no charge applies, but subsequent copies incur fees. Urgent requests double the fees, and payments must be made in advance, preferably through the treasury.
