This circular, effective from February 5, 2021, aims to provide a single reference point for users. It is divided into four sections: Beneficial Owner Accounts, Depository Participants, Issuer-related, and Depositories-related. In cases of inconsistency, the content of the applicable circulars will prevail. This Master Circular supersedes the previous one issued on October 25, 2019, and is accessible on the SEBI website.
