of <h1>Trade Members Must Upload e-BRCs for RoSCTL Scrips by Sept 15, 2021, to Avoid Penalties.</h1> Members of trade and industry who have claimed RoSCTL scrips for shipping bills with LEO up to March 31, 2020, must upload the corresponding e-BRCs to the DGFT portal by September 15, 2021. This requirement ensures compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and failure to do so may result in the rebate being revoked and potential action under the FT (D&R) Act, 1992. The DGFT has observed numerous cases where e-BRCs have not been uploaded, and firms are urged to comply promptly to avoid penalties.
