<h1>SEBI Extends Compliance Deadlines for LODR Regulations Amid COVID-19; Allows Digital Signatures Until Dec 2021.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted temporary relaxations from compliance with certain provisions of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These relaxations extend deadlines for financial results and related filings for entities with listed debt securities, municipal bonds, and commercial paper, moving the original deadlines in May 2021 to June 30, 2021. Additionally, entities are permitted to use digital signatures for submissions to stock exchanges until December 31, 2021. This circular is issued under the authority of the SEBI Act, 1992.
