Export Council jurisdiction updated, revising address and product scope for RCMC issuance under foreign trade policy. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade amends Foreign Trade Policy appendices to change the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council's registered/head office address and to list the product categories within its jurisdiction, thereby confirming the Council's authority to issue Registration-cum-Membership Certificates (RCMC) and to serve as an authorised issuing agency for Certificates of Origin under the policy.
