of <h1>India Extends Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020 to December 31 Due to COVID-19 Challenges.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs of the Government of India has extended the Companies Fresh Start Scheme, 2020, until December 31, 2020, due to disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension follows the initial announcement in General Circular No. 12/2020 dated March 30, 2020. All other provisions of the original circular remain unchanged. The decision was made with the approval of the competent authority to accommodate the challenges faced by companies during the pandemic.
