of <h1>Kerala Companies Get 3-Month Extension for 2020 AGMs Due to COVID-19, Excludes One Person Companies.</h1> The Registrar of Companies in Kerala has extended the deadline for holding Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for the financial year ending 31.03.2020 by three months due to challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension applies to all companies within the jurisdiction, excluding One Person companies, without requiring them to file Form No. GNL-1 for this purpose. The extension also covers pending and previously rejected applications for AGM extensions for the same financial year, which will be automatically approved for up to three months beyond the original due date.
