<h1>AGM Deadline Extended by 3 Months for Companies in Northeast India Due to COVID-19, No GNL-1 Form Needed.</h1> The Registrar of Companies in Guwahati has extended the deadline for holding Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for the financial year ending 31.03.2020 by three months due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This extension applies to companies registered in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh. Companies are not required to file Form No. GNL-1 for this extension. The order also covers pending and rejected applications for AGM extensions, granting them automatic approval for an additional three months from the original due date.
