This decision follows previous extensions and is in response to requests from industry bodies and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The circular is effective immediately, and stock exchanges are instructed to inform all relevant listed entities and update their websites accordingly. The extension is authorized under the SEBI Act and LODR Regulations.
