of <h1>DGFT Allows Electronic Submission of EU GSP Pre-Registration Applications Amid COVID-19 Restrictions.</h1> The trade notice from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade addresses the acceptance of scanned copies of pre-registration applications and other documents for the European Union's Generalised System of Preferences (EU GSP) due to COVID-19 restrictions. Exporters can submit applications and documents electronically to obtain their REX numbers, which will be issued via email. Any deficiencies will be communicated electronically, and additional documents can be submitted by email. This temporary measure is in place until normal operations resume.
