Eligible candidates must be authorized by the Institution of Engineers (India) and submit applications by March 27, 2020. Applicants must provide supporting documents, including certificates from relevant authorities. Selected candidates will undergo an interview process, and empanelment will be finalized based on recommendations. Empanelled engineers must submit biannual performance reports. Fees for services will be borne by importers or traders, and incorrect submissions may lead to penalties.
