Department shall not be responsible for non-payment/short payment of fees for services availed in this regard by the importers/CIIA/Trade. 13. The empanelled Chartered Engineers shall be in addition to the Inspection/Certification Agencies listed in Appendix 5 of the Hand Book of Procedures 2015-2020 Volume-I as amended from time to time. 14.
