of <h1>Deadline for e-Form BEN-2 Filing Extended to Sept 30, 2019, Under Companies Act 2013 Without Additional Fees.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing e-Form BEN-2 under the Companies Act, 2013, without incurring additional fees. This extension is in response to requests following the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Second Amendment Rules, 2019. The new deadline is set for September 30, 2019. After this date, both the standard and additional fees will apply. This decision has been made with the approval of the competent authority and is communicated to all regional directors, registrars of companies, and stakeholders.
