of <h1>SEBI Updates Compliance Report Formats for Corporate Governance, Effective September 2019, Aligning with Revised Disclosure Regulations.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued a circular modifying the format for compliance reports on corporate governance that listed entities must submit to stock exchanges. This change, effective from the quarter ending September 30, 2019, updates the format specified in a previous circular from September 24, 2015, to align with amendments in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The new formats are detailed in Annexures I, II, and III of the circular, covering quarterly, annual, and six-month post-financial year reports. Stock exchanges must inform listed entities and publish the circular on their websites.
