The amendment increases the number of shipping bills or airway bills that can be submitted in a single ANF 3D application from 50 to 250. This change facilitates the claiming of the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) benefits. The amendment aims to streamline the application process for exporters by allowing more entries per application.
