of <h1>Correction to DEPB Rate for Cotton Yarn: Amended from 3.67% to 7.67%, Effective Retroactively from 05.11.2008.</h1> The corrigendum addresses a correction to Public Notice No. 102 dated 05.11.2008, issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. The correction pertains to the DEPB rate for 'Cotton Yarn including Melange Yarn' listed at Sl.No.78 in the Textile Product Group (Product Code 89). The rate is amended from 3.67% to 7.67% in the English version of the notice. This correction is effective retroactively from 05.11.2008, and is published in the public interest.
