of <h1>DEPB Rates Amended in Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, Effective Immediately for Shipments with Let Export Order Date.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has issued Public Notice No. 102 (RE-2008) for the year 2008-09, amending the 'Schedule of DEPB Rates' under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The revised DEPB rates are effective immediately for shipments with a 'Let Export Order' date and will remain valid until further notice. Previous suspensions or withdrawals of DEPB rates remain in effect unless altered by a new public notice. This notice serves the public interest and is part of the ongoing adjustments to the foreign trade policy framework.
