of <h1>DGFT Corrects Date Error in Public Notice No. 165 (RE-2008)/2004-09; Amended to August 19, 2008, for Accuracy.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued a correction to Public Notice No. 165 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated March 27, 2009. The amendment corrects an error in the date mentioned in the second paragraph of the notice, changing it from August 19, 2009, to the correct date of August 19, 2008. This correction is made under the authority of Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, and is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
