<h1>SEBI Launches SCORES: Centralized System for Electronic Processing of Investor Complaints and Action Taken Reports.</h1> SEBI has introduced a centralized web-based system, SCORES, for processing investor complaints. This system allows for a centralized database, online movement of complaints, and electronic submission of Action Taken Reports (ATRs) by intermediaries. Investors can view the status of their complaints online. All complaints must now be processed electronically through SCORES, and physical ATR submissions will not be accepted. Intermediaries will receive daily alerts on pending complaints and must update ATRs in SCORES to avoid being marked as non-compliant. This initiative is under SEBI's authority to protect investors and regulate the securities market.
